The Edible Schoolyard Urban Homesteading Workshop: Eat Fresh! Create your Own Edible Landscape

Spring is in the air and no doubt some of you look at your yard or garden and imagine a landscape which feeds you body and soul.  You may wonder how to get started with your own edible landscape or you may have tried planting a garden in the past  only to find the bunnies and groundhogs feasting on your dinner.  On Saturday, April 9th, join Justin Leonard, our garden manager, and meet other folks who are on the journey to local, abundant, delicious food!

Saturday, April 9th 10:00 am-12:00 pm and 2:00 pm-4:00 pm
Herbs in your scrambled eggs, a handful of cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers for a tasty sandwich or salad. Imagine fresh, delicious produce growing wherever you live!
